I picked up this Sarissa Precision 'Woodbury House' at Imperial Hobbies spring sale last month. The house was designed for a game based on The Walking Dead, as a basic late 20th Century suburban North American home. However, as I don't have anything else in my collection that fits that description, I decided to modify it a bit to help it fit in to my Northern/Western terrain collection.
The house is pretty roomy, lots of space to move figures around the interior. It even has interior doors on functional hinges.
The exterior doesn't quite align with my preferences.
So I added popsicle stick cladding!
And with some paint - Captain Krustache for scale.
Finally a shot to show how big this new house is! So rather than a residence, this may end up taking the role of something like the NWMP barracks or other government building.
The siding is deliberately rough, to give the sense of roughly sawn boards. It's absolutely not me just being lazy!
